The room felt smaller than expected. also, the air conditioning did not work well, and i was unable to adjust it. The room was too hot. i reported this to the reception, but no immediate solution was provided. the room door also didn't close properly. It left a noticeable gap.

The staff was helpful. The location is close to the main square, only a short walk. The rooftop terrace provided a place to have breakfast. The riad design created nice ambiance.
My room lacked a wardrobe. There was no mirror in the room either. The front door did not close properly, so outside noise was a problem. I found this disappointing.

The rooftop area was a definite highlight. I had breakfast there each morning. The space was tranquil and included many plants. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they spoke excellent English. The room was very super clean and cozy, which I appreciated.
The air conditioning in my room was broken. It made sleeping difficult due to the heat. I think the hotel needs better direction guidance, as it was hard to find.
